The works comprise the construction to completion of the proposed single storey residential apartments and shops; comprising of generally in-situ reinforced concrete frame, plastered and painted solid concrete block external and internal walls; aluminium and timber doors & windows; gypsum ceiling; porcelain tiled floor finish, electrical installation including power switch gears; mechanical installations including HVAC, fire protection equipment and plumbing works; complete with testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical equipment.
