The works comprise the construction to completion of the proposed two storey residential building; comprising of generally in-situ reinforced concrete frame, plastered and painted solid concrete block external and internal walls; curtain glass system, aluminium and timber doors, aluminium windows; gypsum ceiling; porcelain tiled floor finish, mechanical installations (HVAC, fans), fire protection equipment, plumbing works, electrical installation including power switch gears complete with testing and commissioning.
