The works comprise the construction to completion of the proposed two storey residential building; comprising of generally in-situ reinforced concrete frame, plastered and painted solid concrete block external and internal walls; aluminium and timber doors, aluminium windows; concrete louvres, gypsum ceiling; porcelain tiled floor finish, mechanical installations including (HVAC, fan ventilation), fire protection, plumbing works; electrical installation including power switch gears complete with testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical equipment.
