Project Description
Note: This case study was delivered under Innovex Group Ltd — Dr. Didas Simon Lello's previous firm (2013–2024) — prior to the founding of Artza Assets. It is included here as part of Dr. Lello's professional experience, not as Artza Assets' own completed work.
The works comprised of the Fit-outs works in the 2nd and 3rd floor and roof terrace office building with approximate gross area of 2165sqm including: drywall partition; glass partitions; wall and floor finishing; painting; electrical, ICT and mechanical installations; including all testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical equipment.
