Proposed Construction Of single storey church building in Manushi area, Moshi (Prior Experience — Innovex Group Ltd.)

Note: This case study was delivered under Innovex Group Ltd — Dr. Didas Simon Lello's previous firm (2013–2024) — prior to the founding of Artza Assets. It is included here as part of Dr. Lello's professional experience, not as Artza Assets' own completed work.

The works comprise the construction to completion of the proposed single storey church building; comprising of generally in-situ reinforced concrete frame, plastered and painted solid concrete block external and internal walls; hardwood doors, glazed steel casement windows; gypsum ceiling to sacristy; porcelain tiled floor finish, altar structure, pinnacle towers, mechanical installation including ventilation installation, fire protection equipment and plumbing works; electrical installation including power switch gears complete with testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical equipment.
